ABOUT PHI EPSILON KAPPA

Phi Epsilon Kappa Fraternity is a national professional fraternity for persons engaged in or pursuing careers in physical education, health, recreation, exercise science, sports medicine, sports management and other related fields. Membership is open to persons interested in the purposes of the Fraternity and in providing time and energy for the benefit of these areas.

 

The first chapter of Phi Epsilon Kappa Fraternity was founded on April 12, 1913 at the Normal College of the American Gymnastics Union in Indianapolis, Indiana. Today, there are hundreds of chapters nationwide including Cal State Chico, Michigan State, Texas A&M, and the University of Indianapolis. The fraternity flower is the Daisy, and the fraternity colors are black and gold. The fraternity mottos are “Friendship hath power” and “A sound mind in a sound body.”
